How do credits work?
One balance covers every format. What a run uses depends on what you make: its format, how long a video runs and the quality you pick. Draft uses less, High fidelity more, and the studio shows the cost before you generate.
Do I pay for a result I don't like?
A failed generation is refunded to your balance. A finished result uses its credits, even if you don't keep it. Try your idea in Draft first, it costs less, then make the final version in Standard.
What happens when I run out mid-month?
Everything you made stays in your library, and new runs wait for your plan to renew. If you run short every month, the next plan up includes a larger monthly generation budget.
Can I change plan later?
Yes. An upgrade takes effect immediately and Klaspr prorates what you already paid. A downgrade takes effect at your next renewal.
What changes with annual billing?
The price drops by 20% and you are charged once for the year. Billing every 4 months takes 10% off. Credits and features are identical on every cycle. Each card shows the full charge next to the monthly equivalent. The two biggest Max volumes bill monthly only.
How do daily rewards work?
Every day you create something adds a few credits to your pot, and 5, 10 and 20 creative days in a month add bigger steps. The pot joins your credits when your plan renews, up to 200 a month on Starter, 600 on Scale and 1,500 on Max. It stays yours as long as your plan does.
Is there a bonus when I subscribe?
Yes, once per account: the first plan you subscribe to adds 50 bonus credits on Starter, 100 on Scale and 200 on Max, on top of the plan's monthly credits.
Is there a free trial?
There is no free trial. Starter, billed monthly, is the lightest commitment: cancel any time, and a failed generation never costs you credits.
